T The whole world is anxiously awaiting the return of Game of Thrones but no more than Maisie Williams. "I am a rather worried person," said the British actress on the eve of the premiere in Belfast, which will also serve as a celebration for the cast of the cult TV series (much of it was shot in North Ireland). "Being in front of so many people makes me panic, so for this rug [red] I really wanted to feel good." Enter Stuart Vevers.

Coach's creative director created the custom dress – a pale pink dress, lamé cotton, meadows, embellished with tea with crystal ornaments and vintage glitter – especially for Williams and the memorable night. "It's really because Maisie was feeling better and creating something that would really suit her," says Vevers, who started working on the dress in January. "Maisie has a great personality, but she is also very down-to-earth and genuine. And it's a pleasure to work with her.

The pink color scheme was inspired by Williams' pink hair, which she dyed at the end of last year at the end of filming – a look that she found to have gone purple for the first time in New York earlier this month. "At first, she had two very strong ideas that could move her in the right direction," says the designer. "It's important to know what's going on in her mind, what's important to her."

"I think on a red carpet, what I find most distressing is a pinch or a falling strap," says actress, who interprets Arya Stark in l & # 39; show. "I've certainly worn dresses before, and when I go out, I think:" I have to hold my shoulders like that, because the dress could do it. " It is not like that that you want to feel on a very big carpet. So I wanted the bodice structured, that I feel supported and that my size is tight. I wanted a dress as pure elegance, but with attitude. [2019010] © 2019 Hunter Abrams / BFA

Vevers, who has already dressed the actress of various red carpets, knew exactly where to take her. "Maisie has a very dynamic spirit and I think it shows in [in this look] but it's also a romantic dress. The impression is a very subtle and nostalgic floral; the skirt is full, the intricate pleats and beaded embroidery give it an almost vintage feel, something that feels like it's back, "he says. "There is also a raw aspect to the construction that, I think, gives it a youthful spirit."

"My sense of style?" Wonders Williams. "I am a French French, kawaii androgynous, riding a bike with a wand. I like the clothes I wear to have an advantage over them. The ornaments, she says, have a real "medieval" feel – not the clbadic Hollywood glitz, but a special glow.

To finish his final game Game of Thrones Williams combined his pink dress with a simple pair of strappy sandals, a custom purse, a scarf and matching bracelets stacked on his wrists. "It gives the whole thing a dirty vibe," she says. Vevers also created a satin touring jacket to "throw" the dress. "It adds to the spirit of youth, you really feel Maisie and I think it's also very coach," he says.

"In this dress, I feel really beautiful and really well represented. Knowing that I do not have to worry about my dress, I'm really going to have a great time, "Williams concludes. And just like that, she goes to party with Jon Snow, the mother of the dragons and Sansa Stark.
