The directors of the series were trying to revive Yeh Hai Mohabbatein by adding major twists, but nothing improved the odds. The producers of the show chained new actors and also introduced a new plot.
When TimesofIndia.com contacted Krishna Mukherjee, who plays the role of Alia Bhalla in the series, confirmed the report that Yeh Hai Mohabbatein would be removed from the airwaves in June.
The actress said: "Yeh Hai Mohabbatein is out of emissions in the month of June."
The actress is discouraged by the news and says, "I do not know why the series is not being shown because it has good ratings TRP". She then added, "It's getting hard to leave a show and move on, because everyone is a family here, we'll all be missed."
According to some speculation, the issue is expected to come out in February. But there was no official confirmation regarding the same.
The show aired its first episode on December 3, 2013 and has been going on for five years. The chemistry on the screen of Ishita (Divyanka) and Raman (Karan) has won a mbadive fan base.
Currently, YHM's story revolves around the Bhallas family. The gangster creates problems in the life of Alia and Ruhi.
Meanwhile, Krishna signed Naagin 3 and will soon play the role of Taamsi, daughter of Hukum and Vishakha.
