In the highly anticipated first episode of the Game of Thrones season eight, the Dragon's Mother meets the Starks and Daenery's encounter with Sansa Stark sparked fans' enthusiasm on Twitter. HBO had already talked about the friction between the two characters in a promotion where Sansa said to Danny, "Winterfell is yours, grace." The first episode serves all that fans were dying to see.

In the last episode, Daenerys ventured into Winterfell alongside Jon Snow ( Kit Harington) with his army. and dragons. This is when Sansa and Dany meet. Jon has also reunited two of his siblings for the first time since he left Winterfell and it's his emotional reunion with Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) after eight seasons that have amazed fans.
