Shortly after the premiere of the first episode of Game of Thrones Season 8, HBO shared a special video of everything that happened behind the scenes. The video showed that Kit Harington (Jon Snow) was struggling to mount the "dragon" and understand how some of the important scenes of meetings were thought and filmed.
A particularly hilarious excerpt from the video shows Kit pretending to gag after kissing Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) in a scene. After the two kissed in front of the green screen, Kit made a face grimace for the camera to tease Emilia. Another piece shows him slipping on the ice in Iceland while Emilia mocks her heart. They shot for the dragon scene in the snowy landscapes of the country. Watch the video here:
In the same video, Kit tells a NSFW story about how his testicles got trapped – the backlash mechanics that reconstructs a dragon's movement. During the scene, Harington feared the worst as the mechanical dragon on which he sat was spinning violently and rotating the star.
