It's hard to imagine Jason Momoa without his iconic beard. This is because this has been an essential part of the aesthetics of some of his most notable roles, such as Khal Drogo and Aquaman.
But these days are over. Momoa said goodbye to his facial fuzz (for the first time since 2012, he says). And he filmed himself shaving.
"Goodbye Drogo, goodbye Arthur Curry, goodbye Declan," Momoa said, cutting her locks of hair.
In the video, Momoa explains that he decided to part with his beard because he wanted to raise awareness about the destructive impact of plastics on the environment. He continues in favor of recycling aluminum.
