Actress Alia Bhatt said she's always been a fan of her boyfriend and actor Ranbir Kapoor. In a recent interview with Firstpost, Alia revealed that she had begged filmmaker Ayan Mukerji to mount her in the upcoming Brahmastra movie, alongside Ranbir.
"The idea of Brahmastra was conceived a long time ago, while Ayan had just made Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. I wanted to work with him and I always wanted to work with Ranbir. I begged Ayan to hire me with him, "she said. Alia spoke at length about Ranbir's talent and how he looks like when it comes to acting.

"With Ranbir, l & # 39; experience is completely different admired. He is my favorite actor since his debut. He will always remain my favorite because he is very honest and effortless. When I started working with him, I thought I would understand his process of acting, but there is none. He is like me, he acts in front of the camera and suddenly, he is seen eating chocolates or chatting, wanting to know what is the gossip of the day. He works very hard, effortless and that is what makes his beauty, "she said.
Alia also talked about her co-star Gully Boy, Ranveer Singh, and Kalank co-star Varun Dhawan. "It's very different with each one of them. Ranveer's energy is at another level. We shared a very special link. It was very new. There was a lot of admiration, a lot of excitement for both of us. I really like him. It's a gem of a person. I really think Ranveer and I are very similar. Varun is like my right arm. We have a strong connection. I understand what he means before he even says it. We act instinctively together. It's like an unspoken thing. We almost see the imaginary waves going through us, "she said.
Alia and Ranveer boasted a lot about their Gully Boy movie, but Kalank opened up to lukewarm reviews, many calling the film pretty but superficial. Kalank made 31 crores of rupees at the box office in two days.
After Kalank, Alia will now be seen in Brahmastra, which will be released in December. She will also start working on Karan Johar's director, Takht, later this year. After that, she has Sadak 2 from her father Mahesh Bhatt with Aditya Roy Kapur, Sanjay Leela Bhansali Inshallah with Salman Khan and SS Rajamouli RRR with Ajay Devgn.
