One of Disney's Most Profitable Movies, The The Lion King was loved by audiences around the world when he was released in 1994. The remake of Jon Favreau on the lion Prince Simba, who aspires to rule the lands of pride, like his father Mufasa, will soon be released in theaters.
The film trailer, released from the studio, was very much appreciated. But part of the audience is of the opinion that the film is a complete remake of the original.

The film will feature the voices of Donald Glover in Simba, Seth Rogen in Pumbaa, Billy Eichner in Timon, Beyonce in Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor in Scar, Alfre Woodard in Sarabi, John Oliver in Zazu and James Earl Jones in Mufasa .
The Lion King is one of many live remakes of Disney clbadics such as Beauty and the Beast and the upcoming Aladdin, due out on July 19th.
