After appearing on Raw and SmackDown LIVE since January, Nikki Cross was not badigned to any brand during the two nights of the 2019 Superstar Shake-up week.
Despite his omission, WWE officials plan to badign it to a brand.
Mike Johnson of PWInsider learned this week that Cross should join Raw.
