New Delhi:

The second episode goes straight to the trial of Jaime Lannister, in which Daenerys Targaryen and Sansa refuse to forgive him for the acts he committed in the past: killing the father of Daenerys and destroys Stark's house. However, Brienne de Tarth vouches for Jaime and is given a sword by a suspicious worm. During the trial, the winner of Bran Stark, "What we do for love," was won. Jaime pushed Bran out of a tower several years ago, so that his incestuous relationship with Cersei Lannister remains secretive. In one part of the episode, Jaime apologizes to Bran, who claims that he "is angry with no one". Bran, who is the three-eyed crow, told Jaime that he was playing a crucial role in the coming war, which is why his actions in the past were not important nowadays. Jaime, who seems to be trying everything, also asks Brienne de Tarth to let him serve under his command.

Daenerys is angry with Tyrion for believing that Cersei Lannister would help them in the Great War and she threatens him with his suspension as a queen's hand if he fails to help him get the iron throne. Daenerys discusses the role of the hand with Ser Jorah, which would have been the hand of the queen if his arrival was imminent. However, Ser Jorah advises Daenerys to forgive Tyrion and allow him to continue playing his role.

Daenerys also has a heart to heart conversation with Sansa, hoping to convince her of her intention. Sansa tells Daenerys that she can see that Jon Snow is in love with her and that she thinks that amorous men can be handled easily. However, Daenerys says that she left her quest for the iron throne (her only ambition) aside to fight Jon Snow's fight and asked him, "Who handled who?" Daenerys confesses then that Jon Snow is only the second man of his life to be loved (the first one was "much bigger"). For the moment, it seems that Sansa and Daenerys are on the same page.

Arya is curious to know the army of the dead and questions Gendry on the White Walker. She proved herself as a shooter and reminded her to make a good weapon, that she should arrive in time for the war. Gendry reveals to Arya that he was the illegitimate son of Robert Baratheon. Arya and Gendry meet far from the rest at Winterfell.

While the party in Winterfell decides on their battle plan, Bran reveals that Night King is on his heels and offers as bait to lure him to the outdoors. Bran says that the king of the night wants to clear the world and he, Bran, is the "memory". Theon proposes to protect Bran. When Tyrion tries to get involved in the war, Daenerys discourages him from saying that he is "here for his spirit", rebaduring that his hand position is perfectly badured.

Tyrion, Jaime, Brienne, Tormund Giantsbane and Ser Bronn come closer before the beginning of the war. They discuss how they all came to Winterfell for different purposes and by different routes, but they were now united by a cause. Tyrion thinks they're likely to survive. Jaime Lannister oins Brienne of Tarth as knight of the Seven Kingdoms, against the tradition. Tyrion, Tormund and Ser Bronn cheer. As Winterfell prepares for war, Ser Jorah receives an unexpected gift from Samwell Tarly. Sam presents to Ser Joarh the sword of his family, that he flew to his father's house. The sword is important in the coming war as it is made of Valyrian steel, which can kill the White Walkers.

In the crypt, in front of the statue of Lyanna Stark, Jon Snow tells Daenerys the truth about his ancestry and although, visibly upset, she confirmed her right to the throne. However, before they can discuss their situation, White Walkers arrive at Winterfell.
