[Hour One] Shane McMahon makes his debut as the broadcast team of Tom Phillips, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton registers. Shane forced Greg Hamilton to present the best presentation in the world. Shane said the only one had time for one, so Hamilton would be better off doing things right. "Not bad," Shane said in response to the introduction.
Shane said he was not there to talk about himself, he was there to talk about what Roman Reigns did to his father. Shane put together a scene taken in last week's corner that saw Reigns crash into Vince McMahon and warn fans that it would probably hurt them. After the broadcast of the footage, Shane said it was awful to watch and asked what kind of man was hitting another man 's father like that.
Shane stated that his father was one of the greatest men to have ever lived and that he had been described as a national treasure. He added that the fact that Reigns struck Vince was comparable to the shame of the American flag or the degradation of Mount Rushmore. Shane said Reigns had hit the CEO of a billion-dollar company and, more importantly, his father. Shane played various punishments for Reigns, including fine, suspension or termination. Shane said that he wanted to settle that in the ring. Shane called Reigns ahead and said it was an order because Reigns works for him and his family. "Get out right now," Shane said.
Roman Reigns made his entrance under a thunderous applause, without the slightest sound. A "Roman" chant erupted once Reigns was in the ring. Reigns teased the conversation, then tossed the microphone aside. Shane did the same thing with his microphone. Elias missed. Reigns saw Elias arrive and pushed him away from the apron. Shane attacked Reigns from behind. Reigns started to fight back on Shane, but Elias entered the ring and joined Shane to overthrow Reigns. The pair of heels left the ring. Reigns gets back on his feet …
The radio-television crew meditated the previously announced segments as well as Finn Balor against Andrade after the commercial break … [C]
The POV of Powell: One of the benefits of having Reigns on Smackdown now, is that Tuesday's Smackdown shows generally attract more families and fewer thirsty fans than Raw for some reason . In other words, Reigns is less likely to be booed by the crowd of Smackdown. Of course, this will change once the show goes to Friday night on Fox in October. The actual angle with Reigns, Shane and Elias was rather basic. I'm just glad they did not try to sell us that the McMahon were going to fire Reigns. By the way, Jake Barnett has the evening of rest, but he will write the list of results of Smackdown tomorrow
The broadcast team reported the highlights of the opening segment. Phillips said that the heels had the advantage, but that they now have an edgy Reigns … Behind the scenes, Shane and Elias were delighted with their attack and claimed that there was definitely a problem. other things to come … Phillips put together a video of Kevin Owens becoming an honorary member of New Day as Big O …
Kayla Braxton interviewed WWE Champion Kofi Kingston behind the scenes. Kingston said his match with Shinsuke Nakamura would be his first singles match since WrestleMania. He said the magic that fans gave him is growing every day. Xavier Woods came and encouraged Kingston, who shouted that he was the WWE champion. Kingston said everything was fine in the world. He noted that Big E is set aside and will be back soon enough. Kingston introduced Owens as Big O. Owens jumped into the picture wearing a New Day t-shirt. He directed the wick "New Day Rocks" and turned his hips …
Finn Balor made his entry. Images were shown showing Andrade defeating Balor on Raw eight days earlier. Phillips noted that it was Balor's last game on Raw and Raw's only Andrade match. Behind the scenes, Zelina Vega said that Balor had tried to escape her and Andrade, but no one could escape them. Andrade spoke slowly in English and said that he wanted to destroy the myth of Balor. Andrade and Vega have made their entry. Phillips said the Superstar Shakeup was going on tonight and Andrade is back on Smackdown …

Powell's POV: A quick and decisive victory for Sane. Unfortunately, beating Royce and Kay means nothing because they lose to everyone. Shakeup's sequel shows how chaotic Vince McMahon's reservation is. If they had started in the Shakeup with the idea of making it a two week event, you know that they would have done it that way with the L & R. Purpose of getting the audience up. Heck, they did not even bother to tell us last night on Raw that the Shakeup would continue to Smackdown.
