Jethalal then calls Bhide and asks him to organize an emergency meeting in the company. He disconnects the call without giving him the reason. Bhide feels angry and confused. He calls Abdul and seeks his help to reunite everyone. All members of the society gather in the club and begin to ask Bhide why they were called.
Bhide tells them that Jethalal did not explain the reason for the meeting. Just then, Mehta and Jethalal enter. They ask everyone to settle down. Jethalal tells them that the question is important and that he does not want anyone to talk to each other. He points particularly Popatlal, who offends. Jethalal and Popatlal embark on a war of words but Mehta pacifies them both.
Jethalal restarts but the Goli falls from his chair. Bhide worries about the broken chair and reprimands Goli for the loss that society should endure now. Komal gets angry with Bhide for worrying more about the chair than his son. Everyone asks Bhide to apologize. The latter does it. When they resume the meeting, Babita's phone rings and Jethalal asks everyone to put their phone in silent mode.
He then explains how Sevaklal plans to win votes by selling the mobile phones bought in his store to the poor. They are all stunned and decide to do something. Babita, Tapu, Sodhi and others believe that they should unite to end the injustice. Sodhi tells Jethalal that they are with him. The latter thanks them for their support.
