New Delhi: Popular TV actress Karan Mehra is well known for her role in Naitik Singhania in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. After being part of 'YRKKH' for seven and a half years, the actor left the series to focus on his health. Karan's chemistry with co-star Hina allowed the series to capture many eyes. Post "Yeh Rishta", Karan Mehra participated in Salman Khan's reality show, Bigg Boss 10.

The talented actor was last seen on the small screen of the comedy "Khatmal-E-Ishq … Do Phool Ek Maali ". The series ended abruptly and since then his fans have been waiting impatiently for Karan to return to their television screens.

Karan will play a father for two girls in the show. Speaking of the same, the actor told a leading newspaper that he would only have to turn two days a month for the series.

"There is a black background in the plot and I appear in flashbacks. I will be forced to shoot for two days a month and I like this arrangement. Two days a month will not hurt, "said the actor at Times of India.

On a personal level, Karan and his wife Nisha Rawal welcomed their son Kavish Mehra in 2017. The actor continues to share photos with his little boy social networks.
