Bela enters her avatar Naagin and asks the Bholenath to return the Naagmani to her because she has to save Mahir's life. She starts playing Taandav and tries to summon Bholenath. She asks him to give him the naagmani and promises to bring him back.
Bholenath is impressed by Bela's devotion and Lord opens his third eye. Lord Shiva hands him the Naagmani and she promises to return the naagmani after saving Mahir's life.
Bela takes the naagmani and will save Mahir's life. Mahir, Vikrant and Vishakha are held by Sumitra and Taamsi. Bela gives naagmani to Taamsi and tells him to free Mahir. Sumitra feels bad to see naagmani in Taamsi's hand.
Vikrant, Vishkha, Bela and Mahir escape the clutches of Taamsi and Sumitra. Taamsi runs behind Bela and Mahir while she wants to kill them. To escape, Bela and Mahir jump off the cliff and fall into a river.
Vikrant and Vishakha are caught by Taamsi. Later, Taamsi sues Bela and Mahir and shoots Bela.
Bela and Mahir do their best to survive by holding a log of wood floating on the river. Mahir and Bela remember their moments together and breathe their last. Taamsi just holds the Naagmani and goes to the Sehgal. She is shocked to see the Naagmani turn black. Sumitra tells Taamsi that the black turn of the naagmani is a sign of a curse. Sumitra takes Taamsi, Alekh and Rohini to Haveli and shows them Shivangi's picture, daughter of Shivanya.
Sumitra tells them that Bela was killed in the same way that Shivangi died. She says that only Bela can restore the powers of Naagmani. They rush to know about the rebirth of Bela. Taamsi gets the information then kills the baba.
After two years, Vishakha and Vikrant await the return of Bela. A woman starts having labor pains and she gives birth to a baby who has a black mark on her back. The black mark indicates that Bela has returned.
Sumitra, Alekh, Rohini and Taamsi go to the place indicated by Baba to pick up the baby who would be Bela.
