In the fourth phase of the Lok Sabha elections in 2019, the people of Mumbai, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh will practice their right to vote. It is time to choose the government and, as citizens and responsible people, urge people to go out and be fingered. Unfortunately, Rishi Kapoor is not in India to use his right to vote in the election of Lok Sabha. Sr. Kapoor has been in New York for almost a year to receive treatment for an undeclared disease. Rishi Kapoor, who is very active on Twitter, urged his fans to vote "anytime, anywhere." He also mentioned that he had contacted the Indian Consulate in New York to determine if there was a system allowing people like him, who are not Indian for some reason, to make sure that their vote count.
