Mardaani 2: A first look reveals the awesome avatar of Rani Mukerji's cop

In March, Yash Raj Films announced that Rani Mukerji-starrer Mardaani 2 appeared on the floor and Rani was going to reprimand her against the fierce avatar of Shivani Shivaji Rao for YRF unveiled the first look of the film of the actress Hichki in the film. YRF shared a photo of Chief Inspector Shivani of the film, which reveals her dressed in police uniform, which looks a lot like her character from the 2014 film.

Mardaani directed by Pradeep Sarkar, introduced Rani as a fierce cop who took as a pillar the stronghold of a child trafficking racket played by actor Tahir Raj Bhasin. The film then garnered praise for Rani's intense performance as a local policeman of the Maharashtrian Crime Branch and was commended for his suspenseful and socially-oriented screenplay.

The sequel will be produced by Rani's husband, Aditya Chopra, and directed by Gopi Puthran. . Mardaani 2 marks the entrance of Rani in a handful of movies directed by women to get a reboot or a sequel. Kahaani by Vidya Balan and Tanu Weds Manu of Kangana Ranaut are some of those that were renewed earlier.

The official release date of Mardaani 2 is still YRF announced that the film would debut in theaters later this year.
