Halima Aden, the Muslim supermodel who breaks the boundaries, is once again the first model to wear the hijab and burkini in the Sports Illustrated swimsuit number, media reported Tuesday.
In 2016, Aden became the first competitor. CNN (Miss Minnesota USA) wearing a hijab and a burkini to reach the semi-finals of the contest, according to CNN.

Aden, an American of Somali descent, grew up in the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya before moving to the United States with her family at the age of seven.
