In a recent article on social media, Sameera wrote her weight loss journey from June to June. 2016 to April 2019 and how she regained confidence. Sameera wrote: "I hit 102 kg in May 2015, the month of Hans's birth, and I'm not afraid to admit it. That brought me to the darkest and deepest places of my head. My confidence broke. And I could not lose weight for a year because I was too scared to go out. I've gone because I did not have the strength to be judged by the world after all these years spent in glam and on screen. But the nice part is that you can only hit your lowest to know that you can absolutely get out of this hole. It's a fight. A tough. It took me 2 more years to lose weight, to go out and face the world again, but I would like to have the courage then. I did it naturally, without a fad diet, with no easy way out. Only with dedicated training, yoga, pilates and bodybuilding. It's important for me to post this now, because I need women to know that the fight is real. Swings in mood, hormonal changes and loss of body shape can hurt your mind. It's a superficial world and people can be hurtful if you do not keep up. But the key is not to be afraid. Only you can get out of this rut. It's up to you to change. Be brave. You can move mountains if you wish.
Special thanks to the best training team who also gave me the physical and emotional strength needed to regain form @yogabypramila @adishroff @ivan_ultimatefitness @nyelakapadia & Kaizen Motafram my Pilates guru! I love you guys.
Last month, the actress had returned to those who followed her to gain weight during her pregnancy. She said, "I want to ask people who are ashamed, you have also been born by your mother's body, right? And after giving birth, did you ask your mother, is she still hot? Bodily shame is very bad and shameful. Pregnancy is a natural process. And few people can be like Kareena Kapoor, who can look hot even after giving birth. I am very happy with my figure and my pregnancy.
Sameera began his Bollywood career with the Maine Dil Tujhko Diya. She was later seen in films like Plan, Musafir, Taxi No. 9 2 11 and Race. .
