SPOILER WARNING: So you browse the Internet for the content of Avengers: Endgame …. Here's a friendly reminder that reading spoilers without witnessing the movie in all its splendor will not spoil it. Read only if you contributed to the box office record for the conclusion of the Infinity saga.
While Avengers: Endgame has won many unexpected moments throughout his epic journey of three hours, though there is one aspect of the film that most of us have touched on in anticipation, it's Captain America's Chris Evans who receives a shipment. Wow, this movie made it happen decisively!
Fortunately, Cape was in good hands. The Russo brothers began their partnership with Marvel in 2014 with the Captain America: Winter Soldier (highly respected fan favorite). They stayed the course with the Civil War in 2016 before closing. the Infinity saga with Infinity War and Endgame .
The Russo had plenty of ground to cover with Endgame in addition to The Star-Spangled Man with a shot, but the film still managed to wrap the bow of the character from An incredibly satisfying way. Chris Evans has seen himself provide the space necessary to present his most complete and comprehensive performance, as a hero to date, which shows that it is one of the stories the most deliberate superheroes ever told on the screen.
While his independent trilogy was certainly impressive, Endgame raised Captain America higher and cap (no pun intended) of his story in a way that we will not forget from so soon . Here's why:
His optimism "Giddy" pays off
The fall of a character like Captain America (and his brothers from Superman, DC) is his idealism and its unprecedented conviction. in the greatest good. This is a feature of the first iterations of comic book publishers for a reason: to give hope to readers and allow them to escape in difficult times
Although we liked certainly a good dose of escape today, it is harder for us to believe in a hero. like Cape Town, and Tony Stark's relationship with him throughout the franchise is the perfect example. He always questions his decisions and words of confidence.
In Endgame Tony hits Steve with that head at the beginning of the movie, cursing his optimism as they have now lost. However, Cape's good intentions of "continuing to continue" shine in the film. He is the rock of the team that believes in the idea of Ant-Man, then hires Tony and the rest of the team, yes with Black Widow by his side, but without him everyone (even her) was starting to give up.
Cape even begins to give up a little bit himself, but he never lets himself be stopped. Endgame shows that the character's belief that everything is going well can really be an advantage, making it the ultimate movie for the hero.
He has the bad of America
agree, so if you were looking for a loot badysis from Cape Town, that's not it, but it's about the bad scene. it starts with this now iconic line. Endgame juggles with many of the basic Avengers.
For Cape Town though, the parallel between who he was and what he became between 2012 and 1945 Avengers and his latest style is shown much more literally. When he returns to the Battle of New York to recover the Tesseract, he runs into himself and straightened him in the best possible way. When the youngest Cape says "I can do it all day," the old Cape mocks the line with hilarity.
Not to mention that the moment in the elevator with some of these Hydra double agents serves as a fun reminder to the iconic lift. fighting scene in Soldier in winter . When the hero whispers "Hi, Hydra" to fool them instead of using his energy to fight them all, it shows that Cape is able to be calm and a really fun character at the end of the day.
A lot of seriousness to draw during the franchise, Endgame really gathers the charm of the hero. The fact that all these references hold a huge punch in just a few minutes shows that the character has never been the target of the MCU, but is a true MVP.
He Assembles The Full Team … And The Mjolnir
Then comes the moment when Captain America must confront Thanos again, the past version of Mad Titan having discovered the Glove location and seeking to become "inevitable". An exciting confrontation between Thanos, Cape, Iron Man and Thor, but Cape pronounces these words: "Avengers Assemble".
It's a scene that seems to be the end of Cape Town while he stands alone in front of Thanos, but Rogers isn I can not do that alone. He knows that a battle is best won together and that when all uncommitted Avengers enter the battle, it is a glorious moment unparalleled.
In a geekfest full of incredible moments such as the shot of "female power", one of Cap's stolen show as well. Just before all unmarked heroes come forward, he picks up Thor's hammer, Mjolnir. The entire theater absolutely ignores heartbeats when this happens, and when it uses them and turns off the weapon with Thor, its big screen GOLD.
There was some prediction about this in Age of Ultron . when he moves a little Mjolnir, but Endgame greets Captain America as being pretty much the most powerful of the original Avengers, while it becomes worthy of the weapon of a god . The scene pays off for the character in the best way possible because he has always tried to do what he should and be a "worthy" hero … now he does it absolutely.
He makes this date [19659011] The story of Captain America begins on a touching note when he has to force a plane in the 40s and leave behind Peggy Carter before their love affair can not really begin to flourish. This is the ultimate sacrifice for the hero with whom he struggles throughout his journey with MCU. He constantly returns to the life he has left and has treated it in all his films.
Although we thought Peggy could play a role in Endgame his involvement in the MCU eventually happened. give the audience a happy ending that gives all these emotional moments meaning and depth. After saving the world and helping to bring the Avengers together, Cape goes back in time and leads the life he has always dreamed of.
Then he remembers another moment, the one where Hulk, Bucky and Falcon sent him back in time to tell it. them that it worked. He brought back the Infinity Stones to their proper place and began a permanent journey into memory to retire.
Cape then had one last thing to do: pbad on the legacy of his shield to someone: Bucky or Sam Wilson. Although his love for Bucky throughout the franchise has influenced him, Falcon is the obvious successor and the perfect way to end his story, even though Anthony Mackie never badumes the skin of Captain America).
Without Avengers: Endgame The story of Captain America just would not have as much emotional and cinematic impact as this movie did. It's not only a perfect send for the character but his best film to date.
