The Big Bang Theory, a long-running science comedy, is set to end with a two-part final episode aired on May 16 on CBS. Kunal Nayyar, who plays Rajesh Koothrappali, of Indian descent, shared a thank you note for his fans, as well as a photo of the main cast gathered to share a big hug.
He wrote, "Thank you. Thank you for your words. Thank you for your support. Thank you for tuning night and night. Thank you for the stories you shared about how this show made you feel. Thank you also for the moments not very pleasant. Thank you for raising us when we were downstairs. Glory may look like a cage, so thank you for making us feel safe to be free. Thank you for letting me share my birthday on stage with my six best friends. And thanks to you, because without you, there would be no us. So, it's up to you, the fans … One last time. In love and gratitude, -Kunal.
"This show has touched so many hearts," excited Kaley Cuoco told fans of the Warner Bros. sound scene. She shared a comment made by the show's creator, Chuck Lorre, after reading the final scenario: "The Big Bang Theory Will Always Be in Our Hearts".
The episode no. 279, which will be the last episode, will be badociated with Unraveling the Mystery: a farewell to the Big Bang, Galecki and Cuoco animating a show behind the scenes. The season is over with a special event.

Jim Parsons, who embodies the awkwardly awesome Sheldon Cooper, was accompanied by one of the main fans: his mother, Judy Parsons. The actor, who won the role four times at the Emmy, looked relaxed and even took a few dance steps between shots.
Johnny Galecki, who plays her husband, Leonard Hofstadter, in front of Penny de Cuoco, thanked the audience and described the most famous comedy in 12 seasons as "a dream come true for us all".
