Rajiv Menon helped Ajith Kumar during the release of Vaali while the actor was struggling to release the film due to lack of funds.
Mayam's director said he met Ajith at a demonstration organized by Nadigar Sangam, wishing Rajiv Menon to introduce him to his friend, stating that he would have never been someone without Rajiv Menon.
