Mom is a title just above the Queen! Although we truly believe this is the hardest job, we often meet mothers who give us goals and inspirations on how to be "a cool mother 24 hours a day." And Shahid Kapoor's wife, Mira Rajput Kapoor, is a perfect example. At the age of 24, she took on the responsibility of feeding her two children – Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. We still remember how Mira became a diva overnight in the hearts of many fans of Shahid Kapoor. In 2017, Mira proudly wore her household badge at an event in Mumbai on Women's Day and her voice was still ringing in our heads. She said, "I am a housewife and wear this label with pride. Why can not you be an accomplished housewife? To accomplish could mean all that we have at heart. My pregnancy was difficult and I brought Misha (a seven month old girl) to the world. Now, I love being at home and spending time with my child.
Mira has radically changed her style. During her second pregnancy, she gave us goals with her fashion game for pregnant women. And now, she inspires us with her postpartum style files. On May 5, 2019, Mira grabbed her Instagram account to post a cute picture with her baby, Zain Kapoor. In the photo, we see the mother-son duo accompany its summer fashion. While Zain had a colorful striped t-shirt, Mom Mira was wearing a denim jacket and minimalist makeup. Take a look below:
A few months ago, during a "Ask Me a Question" session on Instagram, Mira had revealed how she had prepared Misha to host another baby in the family. She shared: "We talked a lot about it. Read a lot of story books (Topsy and Tim and The New Baby became his favorites). We let him feel part of the process, even until now! Help me, bring a drink of water to Mom or sing Wheels On The Bus to Zain's crying. We let her feel that it was up to her to take care of the baby, so she felt like a little adult help. She had also talked about the postpartum fat that she had acquired after giving birth to Misha and she had shared: "I think it's good to be fit, but to be a healthy mother. I faced a lot of pressure when people photographed me. I was skinny, but after Misha, I was trying to get dressed by asking myself if my belly was going to show up. It's good to take the time to lose weight. I could have been out, but I chose to spend time with Misha. It's my choice to be at home.
