Ghost to Nymeria to Lady, this is what happened to Stark Direvolves in Game of Thrones

Returning to Episode 1, Season 1 of Game of Thrones Ned Stark and his troop find a dead deer and a giant wolf dead on their way. Coincidentally, there were also six little werewolves hidden near the carcbad. At the request of her children, each Stark child can keep a puppy as a pet, including Jon Snow.

Each of them badigns him a unique name. Robb calls his dog Gray Wind, Sansa names his pet Lady, Arya has Nymeria, Bran receives Summer, Rickon named Shaggydog puppy and Jon's werewolf was named Ghost. Since then, with the Stark children, these northern animals have also traveled a complex and remarkable course over the eight seasons. Whether it is to protect the Stark children or to sacrifice themselves, the Northern Wolves have remained loyal to their masters and supported them from side to side. And finally, over the years, they have become an integral part of the franchise.

Lady and Sansa

Lady was the first werewolf killed in the series. After Ned Stark was announced as the king's hand by Robert Baratheon, his daughters Sansa and Arya surrender to King's Landing. Along the way, Arya argues with Joffrey. Nymeria comes to her rescue and bites Prince Baratheon, after which Arya sends her away and Lady pays the price.

On the order of the king, Lady is executed by Ned Stark and is then buried near the Kingsroad.

Nymeria and Arya Stark

Arya called the giant wolf after a warrior queen of Dorne . She sends it after Nymeria has bitten Joffrey in season 1. After that, she is not shown in the show until season 7, when Arya finds the giant wolf on her way to Riverrun. According to the books, Nymeria would lead a pack of wolves that do not fear men. She refuses Arya's invitation to return home with her and returns with her bag to the forest.

Robb Stark and Gray Wind

Robb Stark's Gray Wind was as ferocious as his masters. Describing a number of Lannisters, he saw the Starks emerge victorious in various battles. However, he had a cruel end to the red wedding when his master and he were killed by Frey's army and the giant wolf's head mounted on his master's body.

Summer and Bran Stark

Ghost and Jon Snow

Ghost, so named because he's white as a ghost, rubbed Jon's across. The loyal beast was the first to know that Jon's corpse had come to life in Season 6 and had followed it into the great war against the king of the night, making him a survivor. However, instead of following Jon in the last war, he heads north of the wall with Tormund Giantsbane.

Jon shows little affection when he walks through the gates of Winterfell, leaving Ghost behind him. The eyes of the giant wolf watching Jon at the moment of his departure reflect the sadness of the separation, and it is probably the last of the werewolves we'll see.
