Gendry had all night on Game of Thrones . He was first legitimized by Daenerys Targaryen, becoming both a true Baratheon and the lord of Storm's End, then Gendry asked Arya to marry him. Absolutely, but they will have to talk about it first. She always likes it clearly, but does not care about that kind of future.
Moreover, as we learned later in the episode, Arya will head to King's Landing with the dog. Now that she has found her family, she is back on a mission. She can not get married now and give up her list. The list of Arya's victims may be only one person, but it's an important person: Cersei Lannister. Of course, many people want to murder Cersei for the moment, and it would be a miracle if Arya managed to kill the two bad guys in the last season – but she's definitely a candidate. She also does not seem to have confidence in her own survival during this venture, making it even more depressing that she rejected Gendry's proposal.

Honestly, and it is not a desperate attempt on the part of a sender, it is best that Arya and Gendry do not not be happily involved with the two and a half episodes of the series. Gendry has never wanted Westeros too much, and even if everything is not going well, it's nice to see him get a little.
