Kangana Ranaut starrer Mental Hai Kya to clash with Roshan's Hrithik Super 30

Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer Mental Hai Kya will now be released on July 26, by the makers. Hrithik Roshan starrer Super 30 which is also scheduled to release on the same date.

Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures statement stating that the reason for the change in release is purely trade based. The statement read, "The shift in the release date is a decision taken after recommendations from the distributors, trade badysts and a yop research team, keeping in mind the other releases a week before and after this date.

It further reads, "We know everything there is already a movie scheduled for a date we have everything in it. our purview to ensure that we will be able to release our products. "

While sharing the statement, Ekta wrote on Twitter," My decision my film … ..so all brickbats directed to me pls! I'm my own person !!! "

Reliance Entertainment, which is bankrolling Super 30, also took to Twitter and confirmed that the film will be released on July 26, without any change.

Mental Hai Kya was first scheduled to be released on March 29, but was later postponed to June 21. The final release date now is July 26.

Hrithik Roshan Starring Super 30 was earlier scheduled to release in January 2019. It was even reported that the movie might have been Kangana's Manikarnika. It was then announced in January, that it would be super excited by Vikas Bahl who was accused of a training employee of Phantom Films.
