Today in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, while the Basus are delighted with the return of Moloy, Komolika is angry. Later, Prerna and Anurag share a moment.
In the previous episode, Prerna met Moloy and revealed her marriage to Anurag while Komolika was hiding in a closet. Later, doctors announce a shocking news to Basus. Mohini explains to Nivedita how happy she was and wanted to tell Moloy that she had fulfilled all her wishes in her absence. Moloy gets his leave and leaves for Basu Badi while the nurse opens the closet to clean the room. Prerna and Anurag bring Moloy home, where Mohini, Nivedita and Tapur greet him. Mohini wondered where Komolika was, but Nivedita had badured her that she would return soon from the temple where she had gone to thank God for Moloy's return. Mohini talks to Moloy about his engagement with Sahil.
Later, Anurag thanks Prerna for his concern about Kaka Babu. He brings a wheelchair to Moloy and tells him that he could sit on it and walk around the house, so that he does not miss any activity and can get together with the family. Meanwhile, Komolika returns home with a twisted ankle where Mohini meets her with Moloy. She told Moloy that they had done exactly what he wanted and had married Anurag at Komolika. She tells Komolika to solicit Moloy's blessings. Just as Komolika leaned down to touch Moloy's feet, Moloy poured a hot soup on his hand with great effort. Komolika thought the nurse had spilled the soup and tried to slap her just as Prerna came to take her by the hand. She decided to punish Prerna for daring to hold her by the hand and wanted to teach him a lesson.
Later, Prerna finds Sleeping Anurag next to Kaka Babu when she goes to her room to have a drink of water. Anurag holds Prerna's hand and they share a moment together. The next morning, Prerna is busy decorating the house for the Tapur ring ceremony.
