Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, director of Brahmastra, have already intrigued the audience even before their release. The film that will feature widescreen broadcasters was scheduled for December 20, 2019. However, due to the amount of VFX work needed to shoot the film, it was pushed back to the summer of 2020. Now, Ayan Mukerji began sharing excerpts of how Ranbir Kapoor's character, Shiva, was brought back to life on screen, since his power in the movie is Fire.
One day back, Ayan had shared a video of Shiva 's BTS session in which Ranbir was moving too fast from one place to another while Alia was recording on the phone. Ayan has now shared another intriguing detail about Ranbir's character in which Shiva's movement is being worked on. In the photo, we can see Ranbir sitting on a bench with his movement trainer who would help him prepare for his role as Shiva- the type whose super power will be fire.
Moreover, in his caption, director Ayan Mukerji explains how they learned about the existence of the Ido portal and how it became part of the movie. Excerpt from what Ayan wrote: "At the beginning of this film, the first big question that had to be answered was: how to create the movements for Shiva's connection with fire? Fire being the center of Shiva's power in Brahmāstra … a power that comes from ancient Indians, from a deeply spiritual place, from the inside. I had no point of reference for what I had written … No comic books, nor any existing story on which this was based … but for Shiva's movements, we We needed something that works wonderfully like action entertainment, but that also has something deeper that was created from a very original spiritual place. It's one of the great fortunes of the movie that I found Ido and understood what he did, and that he agreed to work with Ranbir on this topic. "
