Second-year student, starring Tiger Shroff and beginners Ananya Panday and Tara Sutaria, was presented in theaters on Friday. Director Punit Malhotra and costume designer and brother Manish Malhotra were also seen at the theater.

Malaika Arora, a former reality TV judge, arrived with her sister Amrita Arora. His rumored boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor, also attended the screening of the film and was seen forging links with Luka Chuppi's actor, Kartik Aaryan.

Amongst the film's audience were Abhishek Bachchan, Aayush Sharma, Dino Morea, Nidhhi Agerwal, Diana Penty, Aditi Rao Hydari, Huma Qureshi, Ahan Shetty, Sooraj Pancholi and Salman Khan's girlfriend, Iulia Vantur. Maheep Kapoor, wife of actor Sanjay Kapoor, and Seema Khan, wife of Sohail Khan, and their children were also present at the do.
Sanya Malhotra, a Dangal actor, congratulated Ananya and told her a selfie with the following caption: "You are our favorite part of the movie".
