A well-known Mexican wrestler co-starred in the 2006 film Nacho Libre died of a heart attack after collapsing on stage in the UK.
Cesar Cuauhtemoc Gonzalez Barron, the lucha free star known as Silver King, played Saturday night (New Zealand time) at The Roundhouse in London.

Lucha libre est a popular form of wrestling in Mexico that features colorful masks, elaborate costumes and acrobatic techniques.
Lucha Libre World, who promoted the Roundhouse event, said in a statement that the star "had suffered a cardiac arrest at the show and had pbaded away".

Participant Roberto Carrera Maldonado told the BBC that the wrestler's condition was initially "staged" as part of the fight, before efforts were made to revive it.
"We were all really shocked, we did not really know what was happening," said Maldonado. "I had the impression that they did not know what to do."
The London Ambulance Service stated that the doctors arrived five minutes after their call to the Roundhouse on Saturday, but that the patient had been declared dead at the scene of the incident.
Silver King competed in the World Wrestling Championship between 1997 and 2000.
