The RIF filed by Aditya Pancholi is a counterclaim against a lawsuit filed by Kangana and her sister Rangoli, according to which the actor had exploited and badaulted Kangana ten years ago.

However, Aditya Pancholi chose to sue Kangana Ranaut. Aditya 's complaint alleges that Kangana' s attorney threatened to file a rape complaint against him, which the actor denied. The complaint was lodged at the Versova Police Station and Aditya also submitted the video and telephone recordings as evidence, with rape being the worst type of crime that can take place.
