Today at Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Naira refuses to attend the meeting with Mihir after receiving a call from Suhasini. Later, Suhasini and Naira argue fiercely.
In the previous episode, we see how Kartik, who is already frustrated by rejections, is shocked when Naira tells him the truth. Later, Suhasini informs him of Kartik's disease. Naira goes to the office and tells Mihir that she will not be able to attend the meeting. Naira comes home and asks about Kartik. Swarna, Gayu and Surekha wonder how Naira left his meeting and came looking for Kartik. She is looking for Kartik when Swarna informs him of Kartik's absence because he went to his meeting. Naira feels cheated when she has quarreled with Mihir to let her go, while Kartik himself was not home. She confronts Suhasini who was not complaining to her. Naira tells Suhasini that she had upset Mihir simply because she had scared her by making a mountain of moles.
She told Naira that Kartik was to attend the meeting because he was responsible for the management of the house. She rebuked Naira and told her that unlike Kartik, she was not responsible for running the house and that she only worked for her. Suhasini told Naira that she would not let her go wrong with Kartik. Naira comes to her room and breaks down, feeling deceived just as Swarna arrives and motivates Naira. Later, Manish, Akhil, Samarth and Kartik return home and look forward to having an agreement with the Jedejas. Naira goes down and Kartik is shocked to see Naira miss his meeting. At this point, Surekha comes and tells everyone that Suhasini was angry and that she was crying. Everyone comes to her room and she tells Kartik that Naira accuses her continually. Kartik reprimands Naira and the Suhasini consoles.
Naira feels betrayed and leaves the room. Swarna noticed everything that Suhasini was trying to do, however, she was silent. Kartik comes to his room and calms the fracture that separates him from Naira. Kartik told Naira to prepare because they had to go to Krish's office. Here, Kirti informs Devyani of her missing jewelry. Devyani doubted that Lacchi was behind the flight. She comes to her room and finds her asleep. Kirti prevents Devyani from confronting her and later finds the jewels with Kaveri.
