In the latest episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, we see how India's wrestlers and table tennis champions are thrilling the stage.

The Kapil Sharma show begins with a sketch by Sumona Chakravarty, Krushna, Chandan Prabhakar and Kapil Sharma. Kapil then calls the guests today, Olympic medalists wrestlers Sakshi Malik and Yogeshwar Dutt, also table tennis champions, Manika Batra. Sakshi and Yogeshwar were accompanied by their husbands Satyawart Kadian and Sheetal, respectively. Kapil jokingly asked that since she had started coaching since childhood, no one would have dared to tease her. Sakshi also agrees and shares that when she started, the girls were not encouraged to fight but she had support from her parents.

She trained with boys to strengthen her strength and improve. Sakshi applauded Haryana's parents who are now supporting their daughters. She talked about her husband Satyawart and his qualities. She shares an incident where she did not do well at one of the tournaments and her husband sang for 30 minutes to improve her mood. Manika recounted that she had started playing table tennis at the age of 4 and that she could not resist pani puri, but that she was busy good of what she ate and worked on a daily basis. She also explains that she received offers of models because of her good size, but she declined these offers because she wanted to focus on her game.

Kapil asks a few members of the public to do a walking ramp on stage. Wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt revealed that the Kapil Sharma Show gave him real strength and watched him relax before every game. He mentions that it helps him to calm down and perform better. The episode ends with a selfie.
