Bayley won the Women's Money In award The ladder match of the bank allows to win a contract for a match for the female title. As Bayley is part of the blue team, she focused on Becky Lynch.
Things changed when Lacey Evans helped Charlotte Flair beat Becky Lynch for the SmackDown Women's Title title. After the match, Lynch was beaten by both heels, then Bayley was saved.
Flair eliminated Bayley and Charlotte became greedy. She fetched a spear and Bayley dodged it, forcing Flair to kill himself at the second tensioner. That's when Bayley moved.
The Hugger quickly cashed the Money In The Bank contract. She hit Charlotte Flair with a nudge from the top rope to win the match and her first women's title at SmackDown.
After his victory, Bayley partied in the crowd and was a great face in Hartford.
