New notices to Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Saif Ali Khan

The Jodhpur Bench of the High Court of Rajasthan issued today. Hui new opinions to actors Saif Ali Khan, Sonali Bendre, Neelam Kothari and Tabu in the case of blackbuck poaching in 1998 as a result of an appeal by the state government against their acquittal.

A judge of the court, Judge Manoj Garg, sent opinions to the actors following an appeal by the Government of Rajasthan against their acquittal. a court of first instance on April 5, 2002.

A notice was also sent to Dushyant Singh who allegedly accompanied the actors during poaching

. Judge Garg ordered that the case be inscribed at the hearing. after eight weeks.

On March 11, the High Court issued a notice to the five defendants contesting their acquittal in the defendant's case.

Bollywood star S However, alman Khan was sentenced to five years in prison and fined 10,000 rupees after being convicted of the murder of two blackbucks in Jodhpur, under section 51 of the Wildlife (Protection ) Act (Wildlife Protection Act).

The appeal of Salman Khan, who is on bail, is pending before the High Court.

The trial court had acquitted its co-stars – Saif, Sonali, Neelam and Tabu, in addition to Dushyant Singh, for lack of evidence.
