It's Bayley!
After a ladder match that began Sunday night on pay-per-view, fan favorite, Hugger, now has a new briefcase to accompany his new attitude.
Bayley has shown an unprecedented level of aggression since the separation of his partner Sasha Banks and his move to the Smackdown Live brand during the April Superstar Shakeup. Although Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch, both signetters, have suffered consecutive losses in recent weeks, the two matches were greeted largely by his attitude and performance during the fighting.
This is Bayley's first money in the briefcase of the bank and she will now have a year to win the contract for an opportunity at the Women's Smackdown Championship, where and when she wants it.
This obviously poses an interesting situation, as Becky Lynch says. The Women's Raw and Smackdown championships on the line against Money in the Bank in two separate matches, leaving her largely open for a surprise attack and potential cash-in from her former rival.
