On the occasion of its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival, Sony Pictures has released a new feature film for Quentin Tarantino's ninth film, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. With Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt in lead roles as movie star and stuntman, the film is expected to release in July.
In true Tarantino fashion, the trailer teases a movie filled with intelligent dialogue bad, loud violence and a bunch of movie references. At one point, the character of Al Pacino mimes shooting with a gun, which evokes his emblematic fight with Scarface. Another sequence – which seems to be a film in a movie – apparently makes reference to Tarantino's Inglourious Basterds.
