What's the story?

SmackDown live superstar, Roman Reigns, was interviewed behind the scenes after his squash victory over Elias. Not at all pleased with his match and adding that Elias had made the wrong choice by "pressing the trigger earlier".

In case you do not know …

This year's WWE Shakeup Superstar saw Roman Reigns arrive on the set. blue mark. Reigns immediately made his presence felt in the series and proceeded to deliver two superman punches on Elias and Mr. McMahon.

It did not please the McMahon family and Reigns was attacked by Shane McMahon and Elias on more than one occasion as we headed for Money In The Bank.

The heart of the problem

Tonight, Reigns was attacked by Elias before their match, behind the scenes. The villain wearing guitar has headed to the ring and played a song on his electric guitar. While Elias was leaving, Reigns came out of nowhere and hit a Superman Punch. He then brought it into the ring and hit a spear as soon as the bell rang. The match was over in a few seconds.

After all, Roman Reigns spoke to Cathy Kelley about her victory over Elias. When Kelley asked Reigns how good it was for him to win a quick victory over Elias, he responded by saying that he was not too pleased with the evolution of the situation.

He added that he was ready to offer an amazing match to the public. It would have been a great opportunity for Elias to get scrubbed, but he made the wrong choice and decided to attack him behind the scenes.

Considering I've been here a long time, I'm an established superstar, it would have been a great opportunity for a guy like Elias to be part of the ring with me and feel like the competition was great, what a championship fight. But he made the wrong choice and he pressed the trigger earlier. So I shot him late. That's why I stand here.

Next Steps

With the way things went tonight, we hope that the rivalry between these two superstars will be over and that Reigns will be able to move on to another feud.
