Game of Thrones: The last season of watches 8: documentary photos published by HBO

Photos from Game of Thrones: The Last Watch documentary on the set of Season 8 was released by HBO. The photos include a preview of the battlefield Winterfell battle being prepared, the king of nights in front of a green screen and a table read with Kit Harrington (Jon Snow), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) and Rory McCann ( The Hound). .

The documentary was directed by the famous British filmmaker Jeanie Finlay, who spent a year on the set of the last season of Game of Thrones.

HBO said: doc "plunges into mud and blood to reveal the tears and triumphs involved in the challenge of bringing to life the fantasy world of Westeros in the real studios, grounds and carparks of Ireland's North."

Game of Thrones: The Last Watch is two hours long and airs on HBO on Sunday, May 26 – a week after the last game of the Game of Thrones series.
