The first Trailer of Terminator Dark Fate is out and the film is rather promising. The Terminator franchise goes in the direction of Halloween and completely ignores all Terminator films post-Terminator 2. The Day of Judgment
Tim Miller, who directed the first film of Deadpool, directs this film. Linda Hamilton, the original Sarah Connor, will take over her role.
Gabriel Luna plays the bad guy, a terminator able to flow like a liquid and to reform himself. Arnold Schwarzenegger is back in the role of the T-800 as well, and is a positive character as in Judgment Day instead of the villain that he was in the original movie.
The lead role is Mackenzie Davis in the role of Grace, a soldier who is fired. in the past to protect a young woman (the new target of Skynet) and Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes), the young woman
The trailer shows that Grace and Ramos are attacked by the terminator of Luna and are under control. Sarah Connor arrives with a rifle and fires at the terminator, making big holes in her body. She then takes out a grenade launcher and fires, which seems to destroy the terminator.
She tells them their name and says that she has never seen one like Grace, who has an almost human appearance. Grace says she is indeed human and some plans show that she throws cops here and there like ragdolls. Not so human then.
The three men meet at T-800, perhaps to join forces. In another scene, Grace is fighting this terminator (Luna) and is holding up. We believe that the T-800 should be powered by a bonus or a tip.
This film is superb and looks a lot like the two original films. Cameron may not be heading, but it seems to be his stamp. However, we do not yet know what this title refers to.
Terminator: Dark Fate is released on November 1, 2019 in the United States.
