Adithya Varma, the second Tamil remake of Telugu hit movie, Arjun Reddy, is almost ready. The film directed by beginner Girisayya, who worked as an badociate director with Sandeep Vanga of Arjun Reddy, ended. The film stars Dhruv Vikram, son of lead actor Vikram and Bollywood actress, Banitha Sandhu, as a heroine. Priya Anand also plays an important role in the film.

Initially, Vikram had entrusted Arjun Reddy's remake to the Tamil director to director Bala, and the team had completed filming with Dhruv in mind. However, its producers, E4 Entertainment, later decided to abandon the film because they did not like the final product.

Varma, barred by director Bala, starring Vikram's son, Dhruv Vikram, was scrapped as manufacturers were unhappy with the first copy provided by B Studios de Bala. Later, the producers decided to resume the remake from scratch while keeping Dhruv and the musical director Radhan. They changed the rest of the actors and the team.

Now, it is said that since Adithya Varma's shooting is over, director Bala has sent a legal note asking Adithya Varma's team not to use any scenes from the version he has tour.
