The episode of May 24 begins with Suhasini (Swati Chitnis) telling Naira (Shivangi Joshi) that a child will bring him happiness and Kartik's life and that she should start thinking about planning family. Meanwhile, Kartik (Mohsin Khan) approaches Naira and tells him that he is sorry for his rude behavior and asks him to go out to a romantic evening. They both dress and go down but their moment is interrupted when they see Mihir at home.
Kartik thanks Mihir and all the members of his family congratulate him as well. Mihir totally attributes Naira to Kartik and his jealousy. He walks out of the room and when Samarth approaches him, Kartik insults Mihir and tells him that he might have feelings for Naira and he does all this to just impress him.
At this point, a stranger enters the house of Goenka and Mihir. Delightfully presents it as Mitali, his girlfriend. Hearing this, Kartik is relieved and Mitali even tells Naira that Mihir is still praising her. Kartik disguises himself as a driver for Naira and asks for his time. They spend a lot of time going to the office.
Naira enters the office and Kartik waits outside, where he gets upset to hear all the drivers talking about their illness and Naira's obligation. Mitali goes to Kartik's house and even says that she has doubts about their relationship and that Mihir has started to change a lot since Naira came into his life but Kartik refuses to believe that.
