Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai May 24, 2019 Written update: Kartik and Naira meet each other

In the previous episode, we see how Kartik is angry at Naira for risking his life, while Samarth suspects Mihir. Later, Suhasini thinks of an idea after seeing KaiRa with Krish. Suhasini comes to Naira and makes her understand when they should start planning their family. Kartik enters and expresses his wish to take Naira on a date. Just as they get ready and go down, they see Mihir downstairs. Kartik comes to him and thanks him for his help while Naira is shocked to see Mihir there. Manish takes a step forward and thanks Mihir for honoring their invitation. While Akhil congratulates Mihir on thinking of an original idea to find the jewels, Mihir praises Naira and tells everyone that it was Naira's plan. Kartik gets a call and apologizes.

Samarth follows Kartik on the outside and exposes his point of view on Mihir in front of Kartik. While Kartik explains Samarth defending Mihir, his words sound in Kartik's mind. While Mihir and the Goenkas were discussing, Mitali comes and gives a surprise to Mihir. Mihir is happy to see Mitali and leaves Goenka's house with her. Later, while Naira was leaving for the office, Kartik insists on leaving him at the office. Once at the office, Naira gets inside. However, Kartik's car does not start. He surprises drivers who do not speak well about the Mihir and Naira equation and, just as he was about to confront them, Mitali stops Kartik and expresses his wish to talk to him. Kartik is baffled to see Mitali, who wanted to question him about his personal life.

Mitali asks Kartik whether or not he feels the same insecurity as his own. She tells Kartik that since Naira entered Mihir's life, he has changed a lot. She also hinted that before it was too late, Kartik should take care of his wife. Although Kartik supported Naira and defended her in front of Mitali, he lost confidence in his safety after talking to Mitali.
