As you can see on the trailer, Terminator: Dark Fate appears to be a direct sequel to by James Cameron Terminator 2: Judgment Day ] ignoring the other suites. Why do we say that? To begin with, Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) is still alive – she was bluntly killed in Terminator 3: The Uprising of the Machines .
Connor saves the day in the caravan by rescuing Dani Ramos (Natalia Reyes) and a human-terminator Grace (Mackenzie Davis) from a new Terminator model (Gabriel Luna). Schwarzenegger, meanwhile, is nowhere to be found … until the new heroic trio finds him. Nice beard, man.
Terminator: Dark Fate goes to the theaters on October 31st.
