The second last episode of Naagin 3 sees the reunion of the main characters from seasons 1 and 2. Sumitra, delighted to have the Naagmani, under his care. Rocky and Ritik, who are tempted by the land deal, look worried, but Sumitra ignores them as she waits for the arrival of the buyer, who is willing to pay an exorbitant price to acquire the precious jewel.
Yaamini makes a remarkable entrance and its presence makes the highlight interesting. Meanwhile, Shravani learns that Shivangi only came back to help him. She wants to make sure her Naagrani is safe. Shivangi does not want to avenge her father and her husband because she fears that hatred will make things worse.
Yamini greets his son Ritik and looks forward to seeing Naagmani. Sumitra goes crazy after seeing suitcases full of money, but Tamsi is angry at her for handing Naagmani to Yamini.
After coming to an agreement, they ask Rohini and Alekh to produce Shravani, Mihir, Vishakha and Shivangi to avenge them. Fortunately, Vishakha tears the page of the magic book and hides it in his palm.
They are attached to pillars in the haveli and are humiliated by Sumitra and Yamini. Sumitra asks Vishakha what is her last wish and this one expresses her desire to kiss Shravani before she sighs again. Vishakha secretly shows the mantra written on the torn page of the book and helps Shravani to loosen his hands by cutting the rope with a small blade.
Yamani makes fun of Shivangi before attempting to kill her. Since Shivangi is cursed, the Naagmani hurts him when he gets closer to her. She begins to chant "Om Namah Shivaya" to keep the effects of Nagmani at bay.
Meanwhile, Mihir emerges with the help of the blade that Vishakha threw at him. When Sumitra tries to attack Shravani, Mihir stabs her. Vishakha and Shravani attack Sumitra and Tamsi and hunt them. They kill the Maha Sapera who threatened to destroy him.
With the blessings of Lord Shiva, Shivangi regains his power after taking Naagmani by hand. She kills Yamini but fails to muster the courage to kill Ritvik and Rocky. She refuses to kill her father and her husband and chooses to remain cursed. They succeed in making her sing emotionally and in the end, take the Naagmani. Shravani tells Shivangi that they are not his father and husband but impostors. When Shivangi asks them to reveal their true identity, a two-headed serpent appears. This is none other than Shesha.
Shivangi asks her to reveal where her father and husband are, but she refuses to reveal the truth.
Shesha and Shivangi turn into their Naagin avatars and engage in a fierce battle. In the end, Shivangi dominates Shesha.
