New Delhi: National Generating Group NTPC Ltd announced today that its after-tax profit (PAT) has surged 20% to 12,633 rupees (2018-19) against SAR 10,501 crore published during the previous financial year.
The company's total income increased by 8.8 percent to Rs. 97,537 crores in the last fiscal year, compared to 89,641 crores in 2017-18. "The gross output of the NTPC group for fiscal year 19 was 305.90 billion units against 294.2 billion units in the previous year," said the company in a statement.
