Teja, who had a hit with his previous film Nene Raju Nene Mantri, imagined Sita, a film based on a main character in shades of gray. This is yet another mediocre film of the director who delivered blockbusters in his debut as a director.

What is it?

Sita (Kajal) is an ambitious young woman who strives to do her job. She reached an agreement with MPP Basava Raju, according to which she would live with him for a month to help him reach his goal. But Sita does not keep her word and Basava Raju pursues her. Now Ram (Srinivas) becomes savior for Sita, who has to marry her to gain access to her wealth worth thousands of crores.

Performances:

Bellamkonda Srinivas steps out of his comfort zone to play a naive figure at Sita. His character resembles that of Kamal Haasan of Swathi Mutyam. Imposing such an incredible burden on an actor with limitations represents a huge risk from the casting point of view. Bellamkonda considered Swathi Mutyam who has an immense love for Sita. And coming to Kajal 's performance, the experienced actress had a role backed by the author and she did a decent job. It shines in places, but does not have much impact as a modern Sita. Sonu Sood is the culmination of a naughty and witty character all the time. Tanikella Bharani as an badistant provides enough humor to keep spirits alive.

Technical Aspects:

Teja wrote the characterizations, but could not integrate them into a coherent script. His leadership is correct in the initial parts, but turns away once the story moves to Bhutan. The eccentric characters become unbearable after a dot and Teja did not know how to end it.

The music of Anup Rubens is below average. Some songs are acceptable to watch, but no song deserves to be heard again. Even the bottom score is a disappointment. Cinematography is strictly correct. The dialogues written for Sonu Sood are good. There are many useless things that have resulted in the final cup. The publisher could have been strict with the removal of these unwanted parts. The production values ​​are simply average. Analysis:

Teja's previous film had an unconventional protagonist and Sita followed the chase. Sita has no political backdrop or contemporary issues to make an engaging film. This is Ramayanam repeated with Sita representing modern women. The film strongly relies on the characterization of Sita. The plot revolves around her all the time. Teja is also sure to write interesting descriptions for Rama and Ravana as well.

While Sonu Sood is hilarious as a villain with a sense of humor, Bellamkonda Srinivas is a total mistake as a naive and innocent hero. The problem with Sita is that it does not go beyond these characterizations. The villain is after Sita to satisfy his desire and she must save himself from it with the help of the hero. The story is well prepared until Sita is stuck by the villain and goes to Bhutan in search of the hero.

Things start to seem strange when the character of the hero begins to overreact to the name of "characterization". It is amazing that a prominent director like Teja did not find the scenes involving hero and heroine irrelevant. He must have been convinced of the reaction of Ram's character in certain situations. But he could not convince viewers with the weird thing happening on the screen. The first half, however, is pbadable due to interesting initial portions and Sonu Sood's comedy.

There is not enough content to make the second half a click. This becomes tedious as he moves forward. The end is predictable from the start and Teja can not make it an attractive watch until it succeeds. Sonu Sood lets you watch it in parts, but poor writing, staging, and music make it an extremely boring watch.
