According to information published in Mirror.co.uk, the man in his fifties would be aboard Fuzhou Airlines Flight 6509 conducting the flight between Fuzhou and Kunming when it became restless. He first asked the flight attendants to call his family about 40 minutes before landing the plane. But when his request was not satisfied, the man created a ruckus and tried to open an emergency exit, Zhao Wenhui, flight safety officer, told The Strait Metropolitan.
A moving sequence shows the man screaming and banging seats as the flight attendant and other pbadengers attempting to control him. Cao Xinyue, a member of the crew, said, "After that, the man started pacing, saying," I want to parachute! Pbadengers held the man ashore until the plane landed safely, after which it was handed over to the Kunming Airport Police. The air hostess, Lu, said: "He tried to dig my eyes in.
