The episodes of Raw and SmackDown Live on April 15th and 16th were organized in two evenings by the WWE Superstar Shake-Up.
In previous years, changes to the list were finalized. the following year during the Shake-Up, with Superstars badigned t Raw appearing only on Raw and the superstars badigned to SmackDown Live appearing only on SmackDown Live.
This year, however, the men and women of the WWE continued to stand randomly on the opposing mark during the three weeks following Shake-Up, prompting Vince McMahon to reveal that a New "Wild Card Rule" is in place, allowing a limited number of Superstars to appear in the other show each week.
As the biggest full-time WWE star, Roman Reigns has played in several games and segments with his current rivals – Shane McMahon, Elias and Drew McIntyre – on Raw and SmackDown Live over the past month.
The heart of the problem
It has been difficult to work on both parts of WWE. Roman Reigns told Newsweek:
"It's not easy. This is a difficult work. It takes special people to do these things. I am cut from a different fabric. I've always been someone who can handle this type of workload. To be honest, I feel good. We are all human beings and we all want to feel useful.
Reigns, who returned to the ring in March 2019 after being diagnosed with leukemia in October 2018, emphasized the importance of doing everything in his power to help WWE.
"If I'm here to help the team and that's my role, that's what I'm going to do. I was out so I wanted to come back and help the team. So, if that's what I need, I'll do everything I can to get the job done.

WWE announced that Roman Reigns would be facing Shane McMahon at the Super ShowDown event in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Friday, June 7.
