Bali is bursting with serious energy from superheroes this week. Island fans cheerfully greet actors Chris Hemsworth and Tom Holland at an event in Denpasar.
Holland, the actor of Spider-Man, and Hemsworth, better known as the mighty Thor, were recently on the Island of Gods to promote their respective films – Spider-Man: Far From Home [19659004] and Men In Black: International – to the delight of their Indonesian fans, some of whom documented their meetings with social media actors as soon as they arrived in Bali .
Holland himself used Instagram to share a moment with his Indonesian fans at the meeting.
"Last night was great. Until now, Bali has been amazing and we are all very grateful for your warm welcome. I look forward to exploring more, "reads the legend.
Meanwhile, a video of Hemsworth expressing himself in Indonesian made his entry on the Internet, capturing the Australian actor saying things like "mantul" to "sekali bagus" – both can be translated as "awesome" – counting up to 10 in the language (Hemsworth is clearly proud of Indonesian Bahasa as he learned at school ).
Although this seems to be Holland's first visit to Indonesia, this is not the case with Hemsworth, who has already visited the archipelago several times.
In fact, according to a report of Viva Hemsworth's marriage with his wife Elsa Pataky took place in Sumba, in the east of Nusa Tenggara.
"I like this place. I like Indonesians, and [the country] is easy to reach from Australia. The food here is excellent, it's amazing, "said Hemsworth, quoted by Viva .
