Director Kabir Khan is all set to recreate the iconic World Cup win of 1983 on the silver screen with his upcoming movie star starring star cast. Actor Ranveer Singh will be seen playing the role of cricketer Kapil Dev in the movie.
The actor, who is leaving no stone unturned to get into the skin of the character When asked about the signature of Kapil Dev's bowling style, he reportedly confessed that his batting marksheet is apparently clean but his bowling is embarrbading. He also added that he has a long way to go.
Elaborating further, Ranveer stated that his body was not mechanically able to execute Kapil Dev's bowling action.
Ranveer also confessed that the hardest part of playing that character was to get that distinctive bowling action of Kapil Dev.
