Earlier this week, a very sad news hit the Bollywood industry after the death of Veeru Devgan, director of the 39; action and father Ajay Devgn. The Devgn family including Ajay, Kajol, Nysa and Yug held a prayer meeting today for Veeru Devgan. As he was a very popular name in the film industry and that he was a very good human, many Bollywood personalities came to attend the prayer meeting and present their condolences to Ajay and Kajol.
Celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal, Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor were spotted at the prayer meeting. Actors such as Salman Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Suniel Shetty, Urmila Matondkar, Suresh Oberoi, Prem Chopra and others were on site. Many other friends and colleagues from Ajay and Kajol joined the meeting.
Veeru Devgan complained of shortness of breath Monday morning and was admitted to the hospital for the same. After which, he had a cardiac arrest and died. He was part of famous films like Mr. India, Lal Badshaah, Himmatwala, Mr. Natwaral, Kranti, Shahenshah (1988) and Tridev (1989).
